Delivery

We ship most orders within 72 hours, and will notify you promptly of any backorders.

Our Shipping and Handling charges to the 48 contiguous states is $5.00 per item.

We’re sorry, but shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will require additional shipping charges due to the much higher costs of delivery to these locations. These costs will be calculated for you when you complete the order information.

Next Day Air (next available business day) and Second Day Air (second available business day) shipping are available and can be selected on the order page. Additional costs are based on your order’s weight and zip code. The amounts will be calculated for you when you complete the order information.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bark n Bag, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund or exchange. If you should need to return or exchange any item(s):

1. Please email CustomerService@barknbag.com for a return authorization number
2. Item(s) being returned must be in original carton, if applicable.
3. When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape. For your protection, insure it for its value.
